Get back into the swing of things at Graceland Casino

Monday, June 15, 2020

Graceland Hotel, Casino and Country Club temporarily ceased business operations following the Presidential announcement of a nationwide lockdown on 26 March 2020 relating to the Covid-19 pandemic. More than two months later the Secunda based resort has been given permission to reopen its Gary Player designed 18-hole championship golf course under strict precautionary measures. These include temperature screening and record keeping of both players and employees, frequent sanitising and cleaning of golf carts and public areas, wiping commonly touched surfaces and the deployment of hand sanitisers

“We are excited to open our golf course and understand that peace of mind for our guests remain paramount during these unprecedented times. We have enforced a multi-layered health and safety approach and have fully briefed and educated our employees on best hygiene practices to make our guests’ experience as enjoyable as possible,” comments Pieter de Villiers, General Manager at Graceland Casino.
