Two alumni from Southern Highveld Community Benefit Trust, Mishael Mashele and Mike Sibeko, are living the entrepreneurial dream by starting their own company.

Mishael was employed by Plant Design Services in 2011 as an Engineer in Training (EIT) and fast tracked his way to Engineer in 2013, Senior Engineer in 2015 and then Lead Piping Engineer in 2017.
Early in 2017, together with Mike they started an Engineering Consultancy called Paradigm Shift Holdings. They secured their first contract by August that year which entailed supplying Environmental Assessment Services.

Community Outreach
called Paradigm Shift Holdings recently donated non-perishables to the value of R10 000 to Zimelani old Age Centre as part of the Govan Mbeki Business forum Winter Warmer drive. The aim was to assist the Centre with food stuffs to enable them to go about their daily activities such as exercises, sewing and so forth.
